Delivery -


Please make sure that we deliver to settlement of the Recipient. You can see a list of locations where delivery will take place, on the page "List of cities flower delivery in Belarus". If your settlement is not in the list, the rendering of services is discussing individually.

1. Processing of orders is from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days a week. If you made an order after 9 p.m., your order will be process after 8 a.m. the next day. Orders are delivered from 8 a.m. to 23 p.m. 7 days a week. The minimum time of ordering is 24 hours until delivery. On individual terms, the delivery can be complete within 24 hours of ordering.

2. We cannot guarantee delivery at the appointed time, because of sharp increase in the volume of orders for delivery of flowers and gifts. Delivery on holidays: considering high number of orders for the holidays, please draw up your orders no less than 3-5 days until date of execution.

3. We deliver flowers to home, work addresses, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, etc. When you fill order form, specify the exact delivery address (house, building, structure, entrance code, floor, company name, office number, etc.). We guarantee delivery of flowers to the Recipient in the desired time, but if flowers delivery was not possible because the data provided to us incorrectly (error in the house number, the street, the Recipient at this address does not exist), the order is considered completed. We do not deliver flowers in the metro, to the stations, airports, educational institutions during the educational process.

4. To avoid errors and misunderstandings in the delivery of flowers, we ask you to fill in the order form to specify the name and telephone number of the Recipient in order for our Manager got in touch with the Recipient contact by phone in case of his absence at the delivery address.
