Order Cancellation

The customer can cancel the order and request a refund if not less than a day before the date of the order’s delivery. The pay mode and the amount of the refund depend on the payment method you chose while ordering.

Visa or MasterCard: 100 % refund will be made in the form of original payment (on your card) and is available only within 24hrs since the payment was made, but no later than one day prior to delivery. After the day of the payment, but no later than one day prior to the delivery, the refund is possible in the form of a Coupon to use our services in nominal value equal to the payment amount. The Coupon is valid within 365 days

WebMoney: refund is possible if you cancel the order no later than one day prior to delivery and is available in the form of a Coupon to use our services in nominal value equal to the payment amount. The Coupon is valid within 365 days.

Bank Transfer: refund is possible if you cancel the order no later than one day prior to delivery in the form of a Coupon to use our services in nominal value equal to the payment amount. The Coupon is valid within 365 days.

Please note that we are unable to cancel and refund orders when a request is made outside of these notice periods.

 

Refund and exchange of goods

In terms of return and exchange of products our delivery service is governed by the Consumer Legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Below are some excerpts from the Law Act.

Chapter 3. CONSUMER PROTECTION AT REALIZATION OF GOODS.


Article 20. Consumer rights in case of realization of products of improper quality.


1. Consumers who were sold products of improper quality, if its defects were not specified by the seller shall be entitled at its discretion to demand:
1.1. replacement of a defective product of good quality;
1.2. proportionate reduction of the purchase price of the product;
1.3. immediate free elimination of defects in the product;
1.4. reimbursement to eliminate product defects.

2. The consumer is entitled to demand the replacement of technically sophisticated products or expensive goods in the event of its defects. The list of such technically sophisticated products is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Instead of filing claims referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract of retail purchase and demand the return of the money paid for the product.
A significant defect of the product - irremovable defect that cannot be removed without disproportionate costs (in the amount of thirty percent or more of the purchase price) or disproportionate amount of time (exceeding the maximum allowable amount of time), or detected repeatedly, or reappears after its removal, or other such flaws


Article 22.Gratuitous elimination of defects in the product by the seller

1. Defects discovered in the product should be removed by the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative, repair organization) free and immediately. If it is not possible to eliminate the defects immediately, the maximum term of their elimination may not exceed fourteen days from the date the consumer claimed of product defects.


Article 23. Replacement of products of improper quality

1. In the event a consumer discovers product defects they must be replaced by the seller (manufacturer, supplier representative), and if additional quality check of such product is necessary the seller (manufacturer, supplier, agent) must replace it within fourteen days from the date of such request.


Article 28. Consumer's right to exchange and return of products of proper quality.

1. Consumer is entitled to exchange the non-food products within a period of fourteen days from the date of purchase unless a longer period is declared by the seller, in the place of purchase or other areas declared by the seller, to return or exchange it for a similar product of another size, shape, style, color or configuration, in the case of a price difference necessary recalculation by the seller must be done.

2. Consumer demand for the exchange or return of the product is to be satisfied if the product was not in use, its consumer properties are satisfactory and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller.

3. The list of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be exchanged or returned is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
